We will always try to deliver your kitchen within the timescales you require. However, please bear in mind that your kitchen is made to order to your personal design specification. Your designer will discuss your delivery date with you during your design appointment and will try to accommodate your needs wherever possible.

Prior to delivery, you will be asked to confirm if there are any restrictions that might affect your delivery, such as the width of your road, or any parking restrictions.

You will need to bear in mind that your kitchen units will need to be stored somewhere for the period between delivery and installation and can take up a considerable amount of space. Please note, if you have ordered specialist items such as worktops or specific appliances, these may arrive separately to your main kitchen delivery.

We offer a huge selection of appliances – from high quality appliance manufacturers such as AEG, Electrolux, Neff, Siemens or Miele with a variety of designs to integrate smoothly into your kitchen. Each supplier offers you to choose from fully integrated, semi integrated or free standing models to suit your requirements. Speak to your designer to find out more about a specific appliance or to attend a cooking demonstration to get the live experience!

Worktops are an important part of your kitchen and needs to work well with your chosen design. In-toto offers a wide selection of styles and finishes to ensure your worktop compliments your kitchen design perfectly.

Whether you prefer basic laminate, classic granite, or a smooth finish in Corian, Silestone or Quartz, we will find the worktop that works for you.

Our kitchens are issued with a 5 year guarantee so you can feel as confident in its quality as we do.

It is of course your personal choice if you wish to select your own kitchen fitter team or if you want us to take care of everything for you. Our approved installers are familiar with our kitchens and have our full confidence to fit them to the highest standards.

Just like the pricing, the installation process and completion time is dependent on a number of factors including the size of your kitchen, the complexity of your design and if your kitchen installation includes additional plumbing or tiling work. All this can take more time than a simple furniture installation only. Solid worktops, such as Granite or Corian will also add time to the installation, due to the templating and fabrication.

Please be aware that as with all types of building work carried out in the home, you will experience some disruption whilst your kitchen is being installed and we recommend that you try to make alternative kitchen arrangements where possible and we do our best to complete the work and leave your new kitchen tidy and ready for use as quickly as possible.

Intoto kitchens are designed to provide years of trouble free service but, in the event of a problem occurring, you have the peace of mind of knowing that all your Intoto furniture is backed by a full 5 Year Guarantee. Appliance manufacturers offer separate Guarantees which can be extended to suit your needs. Intoto specialists are members of the Kitchen Bedroom & Bathroom Association (KBSA).

The KBSA is dedicated to upholding high standards in design, supply, installation and customer care in the kitchen industry. Members must meet strict criteria and are monitored to ensure continued compliance with the KBSA Code of Practice. Through the KBSA we offer further protection via their ConsumerCare Plus scheme which provides protection in respect of the loss of Deposit Payments (to a maximum of 50% of the total contract price) and a Work in Progress Cover. Your Intoto design studio will register your contract, after which you will receive your certificate of insurance directly from our insurer. Remember, no certificate no cover!
